Share & Support: Parenting is Hard- Westlake

Share & Support is an interactive support group where caregivers can meet other families facing similar concerns. Parents will have the chance to learn techniques and coping tools while enjoying coffee and treats. At this session, we will focus on the difficulties of parenting, caregiver burnout and how to beat exhaustion before it beats you.

This is a psychoeducational peer support group. This program is for adults only and is presented in partnership with Westlake Porter Public Library and the Rotary Club of Westlake-Bay Village. 

Childcare is available for this event, but registration is required.
