In order to protect the privacy of our subscribers, Connecting for Kids does not allow photography or recording at any of our programs, with the following exceptions:

Program Photography

On occasion, Connecting for Kids may hire a professional photographer and/or employ a member of the staff/volunteer to photograph/record participants in a program or event. Families may "opt out" of being photographed without question or penalty.

Families who choose to allow photography grant Connecting for Kids ("photographer") and his or her legal representatives and assigns, the right to use and publish photographs of them, or in which they may be included, for marketing and advertising purposes including but not limited to website, brochures, grant proposals and funders and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; and to alter the same without restriction. Furthermore, families release the photographer and his or her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability for said photographs.

Audio Recordings

During some speaker programs, a member of Connecting for Kids staff will take an audio recording to create a podcast. Prior to publishing, all audio recordings are carefully edited to remove personally identifying characteristics of participants in attendance.
