The Connecting for Kids Board of Directors will honor a parent, professional and educator who exemplifies Connecting for Kids' mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child. Complete a nomination form for any of the three award categories, using the links below. You will be asked to provide specific examples. Nomination deadline is October 15, 2024.
Professional AwardDescription: Given to a pediatric professional who exemplifies Connecting for Kids’ mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child. Criteria: This professional must go “above and beyond” their regular job responsibilities to educate and support families in Cuyahoga and/or Lorain counties. The nomination should include specific examples. | Educator AwardDescription: Given to an educator who exemplifies Connecting for Kids’ mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child. Criteria: This educator must go “above and beyond” their regular job responsibilities to educate and support families in Cuyahoga and/or Lorain counties. The nomination should include specific examples. | Parent AwardDescription: Given to a Connecting for Kids parent who exemplifies Connecting for Kids’ mission to provide resources, support and community to families who have concerns about their child. Criteria: The nomination should include specific examples of how this parent has educated and supported other families. |
