Raising Resilient Kids in a Post-Pandemic World (ages 0-12)Join Rob Adams, PsyD, of Barlow & Adams Behavioral Health, for a conversation on the lasting effects of COVID-19 on kids’ anxiety, social development and emotional well-being. Designed for parents of children birth through age 12, this program will explore rising anxiety rates, shifts in social connection and how some children are struggling with social anxiety, skill delays or reduced interest in peers.
Finding Strength Through Storytelling (ages 0-12)Join Alicia Smith-Tran, PhD, sociologist, writer and professor at Oberlin College, for a powerful workshop on storytelling and narrative writing for caregivers. Learn how putting your experiences into words can help release bottled-up emotions, uncover meaning in your daily challenges and remind you that you’re not alone.

Caregiver Support Group: Complex Needs Caregivers (ages 0-12)Share & Support is a peer support group where caregivers can meet families on a similar journey.
