Resources, support & community

Connecting for Kids (CFK) provides resources, support and community to families in Northeast Ohio who have concerns about their child. We serve all families, including those children with and without diagnoses.

Ask Us is a free 30-minute call with another parent who gets what it’s like to be concerned about a child. Our Family Resource Specialists will also give you tailored resources for your family.

Speaker Series

Now What? Supporting Your Gifted or Twice-Exceptional Child (ages 7-12)

Join Jessica Esway, Director of Menlo Park Academy, as she guides families through what it means to be gifted or twice-exceptional and how to work together with schools to get the best support for your child. Jessica will also share practical tips for creating a supportive home environment, highlight common mistakes to avoid, and offer strategies for handling complex emotions.
