Location:		LCCC Ewing Field House (note new location on campus)
Event Run Time:		4:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m. (includes Professional Networking Hour from 5-6:00 p.m.)

Oct. 1		Sponsor registration opens
Nov. 21		Sponsorships close
Nov. 24		Table & bag registration open
Jan. 9		Sponsorship payment due; vendors who have not paid as of Jan. 9 will not be listed on the electronic event flier
Feb. 6		Table & bag registrations close and payments are due for both
Feb. 17		Sponsor fliers due to CFK (pick-up fee $50)

Note: No refunds will be given after Monday, Dec. 1, 2025.

4:00 p.m.	Vendor setup. Drop off grab & go vendor fliers.
5:00 p.m.	Professional Networking Hour
6:00 p.m.	Resource fair and grab & go open to public
8:00 p.m.	Fair ends
