Sensory Friendly Time

The third Thursday of the month from 5-7 pm and the second Saturday of the month from 9-10 am, offer times for families with children with special needs to visit the Museum with less stimulation.  Crowds are smaller, lights dimmed and background music eliminated.  Share this time and space with families facing similar challenges.  Once families enter on Saturdays they are welcome to stay for the day.

Families are encouraged to bring equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, noise reducing headphones and technology.
