| Our Family Resource Specialist TeamOur Family Resource Specialists (FRS) are parents who have worked through concerns with their children -- just like you. While their experiences may be a bit different from your own, they understand what it's like to look for resources and support. | 
| Karla Fitch 
 Karla provides supervision and support to the FRS team. Her experience includes parenting a child with complex needs, navigating special education, working with state and county support systems and accessing treatments (including OT, PT, speech and mental health services). | Alicia Zuberny 
 Alicia has experience with developmental disabilities and delays, working with medical professionals and accessing therapies, including PT, OT, speech and vision therapy. She also has experience with IEP/504 plans and navigating funding sources, including CMH, marketplace insurance plans and disability scholarships. | Anna Barr (1).jpeg) Anna has experience with LGBTQ+ identities, emotional and nervous system regulation, developmental delays, mental health diagnoses, twice-exceptional learners, 504 and WEP plans, and caregiver support. | Katie Krueger 
 Katie has experience with parenting an anxious child, social difficulties, navigating gifted services, IEP meetings, supporting a highly sensitive child, infant reflux and dietary intolerances. |
