Parent Comments: This playground is conveniently located a short distance behind the Westgate Shopping Center's Target store. The play surface is mulch; however, some mats have been placed at key entry points to help improve access. While the play area does have a sign indicating that it is handicap accessible, the adapted equipment selection is limited and the mulch surface may be prohibitive for some users. The playground was quiet when we visited, but could get busy during baseball games. The equipment was in full sun but a pavilion was available a short distance a way.
