Autism Resource Guide

Roughly 1 in 36 children are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in America today. Autistic people are very diverse and experience symptoms differently. To learn more about autism and the resources available, use the sections in this guide.

Note: This guide uses person-first (“person with autism”) and identity-first (“autistic person”) language interchangeably. Because language preferences can vary, we encourage caregivers to ask for preferred terms.

This guide will introduce you to some of the most common signs of autism.

Learn About Red Flags

You can use this guide to learn ways that families get autism diagnosed.
