Do you want to meet other families of children with complex needs? Is caring for your child taking a toll on your own mental health? The isolation of raising a child with disabilities or complex medical needs is real. This program welcomes all caregivers, including single parents and kindred caregivers, to receive encouragement as we discuss the article, "Why Parenting Can Be Lonely, Even When You’re Rarely Alone." Amy Dillon Cody, MSW, LISW of Amy Dillon Cody, LLC, will also talk about self-care and ways to find support and community for the journey.
Register and you will be emailed information about how to join the program via Zoom. This program is for adults only and will not be recorded. Due to grant funding, this program is open to residents of the Greater Cleveland area.
