  Children with disabilities and typical peers will learn basics of gardening, plant a container garden, and listen to a story read aloud by a library facilitator. Grades 1-4.

  This outdoor event will involve a hands-on gardening activity. Please dress accordingly. Rain date is Friday, June 21 at 1:00 p.m. You will be notified and automatically registered for the rain date event, should it be needed.

  Meet the registered therapy horses of Tender Touch Equine. Interact with these tender and gentle miniature horses who have visited over 50 area schools, nursing homes, and community events. All ages.

  This inclusive event will give children and adults with disabilities and their peers an opportunity to meet and interact with the tender and gentle miniature horses of Tender Touch Equine, Inc. who have collectively visited over 50 area schools, nursing homes, and community events, and are registered therapy miniature horses through Pet Partners, and are clean and well-maintained.
