When you purchase tickets to our 2017 Annual Fundraiser online, you will not only automatically be set up for express check-in at the event, you'll also be able to take advantage of online advance bidding as soon as it becomes available.
Purchasing online is easy and secure. This short tutorial walks you through everything you need to know.
Visit our event website at http://bidpal.net/cfk and click Register on the upper right side of the screen.
Complete the online registration form. Then click Save & Login.
Note: It is extremely important that you save your mobile phone number when you create this registration. Your mobile phone number will be used the night of the event to give you access to online bidding.
You will see the Home page once you are successfully logged in.
Click Purchase Tickets. The Purchase Tickets screen will appear.
To purchase individual tickets (for example, 2 tickets for a couple attending the event), type the ticket quantity (for example, 2 individual tickets) in the Qty box next to the Individual option.
To purchase a table sponsorship (includes 10 tickets), type the number of tables (for example, 1 table) you want to sponsor in the Qty box next to the Table Sponsor option.
Click Next. The Select Ticket Options screen will appear.
Note: The Select Ticket Options screen appears for each ticket you purchased. If you purchased only one ticket, you will see the screen once. If you purchased a table sponsorship, for example, you must complete this screen once for each of your guests.
If you know who will be using the tickets you purchased, complete as much of the information as you can. Otherwise, click I don't know yet.
Click Next (or Next Ticket, if you have more than one ticket to complete).
After you have completed the information for each of your tickets, the Payment Information screen appears. Complete the information on this screen like you would for any online purchase.
At the bottom of this screen you will be prompted to choose whether you want to leave the payment credit card on file for express checkout. We recommend leaving the card on file so that you can take advantage of online bidding and express check-in as well.
Once your payment information has been entered, you will be shown your purchases one more time to confirm charges. Verify your purchase and click Confirm.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an email receipt with tax information. Please retain this receipt for your records.
